About the Organization

Campus Härnösand, with its HETA education programs, works to develop and conduct education in industry, energy, and the green transition. Through HETA Education, the Higher Vocational Education in Härnösand contributes to making higher education more accessible for both the municipality and the region.

Job Responsibilities

As an educational leader, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing various higher vocational education programs and, where applicable, other forms of education. The work is carried out in close collaboration with businesses and industry organizations. The main job responsibilities include course development, government contacts, admissions, quality work, student contacts, and management group work. A significant part of the job also involves working with LIA (workplace-based training) where you will support students regarding internships and potential company contacts. The educational leader integrates the courses into a cohesive whole for the students.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• experience in relevant higher vocational education or higher level.
• good computer skills.

It is an advantage if you have:

• worked as an educational leader within higher vocational education or similar
• knowledge in the areas of industry or energy
• previously worked with the system itslearning.
• relevant post-secondary education with some form of technical component
• experience in pedagogical work.

As a person, you are structured and have good administrative skills, while also being creative and solution-oriented in your work approach. You enjoy planning, have an easy time seeing the big picture and complex connections, and follow up on operations in a systematic and continuous manner. You are flexible and adaptable to changes and contribute to good relationships through strong collaboration skills. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal suitability and your ability to work well with others.
